A warrior seeking revenge unleashes a deadly virus in Harvardville. Responding to the threat are former special forces members Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield, who look to bring down a mutated monster before history repeats itself.

Angela Miller: Please, Leon, don't try to save me.
Leon S. Kennedy: If you don't try to save one life, you'll never save any.
Claire Redfield: [Leon has just saved her from a zombie] Leon... what are you doing here?
Leon S. Kennedy: I could ask you the same thing.
Claire Redfield: You're the one?
Senator Ron Davis: Is this it?
Leon S. Kennedy: Yep.
Senator Ron Davis: Reinforcements?
Leon S. Kennedy: None, we're getting out alone.
Senator Ron Davis: Is it too much to hope you at least have some sort of a plan?
Leon S. Kennedy: We're gonna run across the lobby.
Senator Ron Davis: Are you insane? The lobby is crawling with those creatures!
Leon S. Kennedy: It's also the widest area. It's too dangerous to take the long way around.
Claire Redfield: He's right.
[the Senator looks at her]
Claire Redfield: They aren't fast, we can get by them.
Senator Ron Davis: Oh yeah? And since when did the N.G.O member become such an authority on the subject!
Leon S. Kennedy: She's one of the rare survivors of Raccoon City. She has more experience with this kind of hellish nightmare than anyone else here.
Greg Glenn: [talking to Angela] Hey, Raccoon City, isn't that where the...?
Angela Miller: Yes.
[she looks at Claire]
[first lines]
PFBC Reporter (Raccoon City): Can you see that area behind me beneath the red-tinted sky? That is what's left of Raccoon City after the military fired a missile at it.
Greg Glenn: We were attacked by two people that I believe were recently infected. But don't worry, we caught 'em. Locked them up in a task force vehicle. But even so, becoming infected by being bitten, ugh, it's like something out of a horror movie. Those creatures rising up out of their graves.
Leon S. Kennedy: [to Claire as they are about to part ways] If we ever bump into each other again, let's meet someplace more... normal.
Senator Ron Davis: If you hadn't told them I was here, they would of ignored your call.
Claire Redfield: You might want to stick your ego up your ass, considering your own secretary left you to die.
Greg Glenn: What the hell, man? I shot her point blank! There's no way I could have missed her!
Leon S. Kennedy: I told you. The only way to stop them is to shoot them in the head. It's their only vulnerable spot. Don't forget it. Otherwise, you'll waste time and ammunition. And that can prove to be fatal.
Rani Chawla: [Crying desperatley for Aunt]
Senator Ron Davis: I can't stand kids! They're a real pain in the ass!
Claire Redfield: [Marches to Senator Davis angerily, slaps him hard] Bastard! That little girl will probally have nightmares the rest of her life because of you!
Frederic Downing: Don't kill me. I'm begging you. Please! No!
Angela Miller: You're too pathetic to kill.
[last lines]
Leon S. Kennedy: Next time we bump into each other, let's hope it's someplace a little more normal.
Claire Redfield: Definitely.
Leon S. Kennedy: Till next time.
Claire Redfield: [inspects a red and white umbrella she is holding as a weapon] Never saw this coming.
Leon S. Kennedy: I'm gonna scrub this virus from the face of the Earth.
Leon S. Kennedy: Try not to get killed.
Claire Redfield: Okay, ditto.
Leon S. Kennedy: The song of the infected.
Curtis Miller: Nothing can stop it now. In a moment, I'll reveal the irrefutable truth in my own personal way. And all of you will be the very first witnesses!
Leon S. Kennedy: [after fighting a zombie, looks at Claire] You okay?
Claire Redfield: Barely.
Leon S. Kennedy: [to Angela] You sure packing a lot of hardware just to go see your brother.
Leon S. Kennedy: The only way to stop this spread of infection is to destroy the infectees' brains.
Angela Miller: Destroy their... brains?
Leon S. Kennedy: Shoot them in the head.
