A girl dying of leukemia compiles a list of things she'd like to do before passing away. Topping the list is her desire to lose her virginity.

Tessa Scott: Our life is a series of moments. Let them all go. Moments. All gathering towards this one.
Cal: Bye Tess. Haunt me if you like. I don't mind.
Tessa Scott: Is this really happening?
Adam: Yeah.
Tessa Scott: I don't know what's real.
Adam: I am.
Adam: Do you always answer a question with a question?
Tessa Scott: Does that annoy you?
Adam: Did that girl hurt you?
Tessa Scott: Other way round. I caught her fist a good one with my chin, then whacked her right in the knee with my nose.
Mother: You should say goodbye, Cal.
Cal: No.
Mother: Come on, love, it's important.
Cal: It might make her die.

Tessa Scott: Moments. This is one. This right here, right now, is definitely a moment.
Zoey: Tessa?
Tessa Scott: Anything could happen next.
Father: It's a terrible day in a man's life when his daughter brings a boy home. I always thought if I killed the first one, word would get around.
Tessa Scott: You're going to have a life again.
Father: I never had a life. I was an accountant.
Cal: Will I still be your brother when you're dead?
Tessa Scott: I'll still be around.
Mother: Tessa, promise me you'll always use a condom. I know the smell of rubber can be off-putting, but then, so is gonorrhea.
Tessa Scott: Please stop. My panic attack is having a panic attack.
Mother: And don't have casual sex.
Tessa Scott: Really?
Mother: No, darling. You must always, always try as hard as you can.
Cal: When Tessa dies, can we go on a holiday?
Tessa Scott: What's the worst that can happen?
Adam: It'll hurt.
Tessa Scott: It already hurts.
Adam: What do you want from me, Tess?
Tessa Scott: Night time, sleeping together, waking up together, breakfast.
Adam: What do you really want?
Tessa Scott: I want you to be with me in the dark, to hold me, to keep loving me, to help me when I get scared, to go right to the edge and see what's there.
Adam: And what if I get it wrong?
Tessa Scott: It's impossible to get wrong.
