Laurence Allen "Larry" Elder is an American lawyer, writer and radio and television personality who calls himself the "Sage of South Central," a district of Los Angeles, California. His radio program The Larry Elder Show formerly aired weekdays 3 pm on talk radio 790 KABC in Los Angeles. His show began September 27, 2010; it was previously heard on the same station weekdays from 3 to 7 pm from 1994 to 2008 and was syndicated on ABC Radio Networks from 2002 to 2007 and locally on KABC radio in the Los Angeles Metro area from 2009 to 2014. In December 2014, KABC radio did not renew his contract. From December 2014 to present he has been running a live show on the internet on his podcast and then on CRN Channel 1 from 12 PM to 3 PM PST.
