A young boy attempts to convince a woman that he is her dead husband reborn.

Eleanor: [to Sean] Is Mr. Reincarnation enjoying his cake?
[last lines]
Young Sean: I guess we'll meet in another life.
Young Sean: I'm not Sean... because I love you.
Anna: You make no sense.
Clara: You can't go around pretending you're someone you're not!
Young Sean: Well... I can't be Sean... because if Sean was in love with you, I'm in love with Anna, so I'm not Sean.
[first lines]
Voice of Sean: Ok, let me say this.
Voice of Sean: Let me say this. If I lost my wife and, and uh, the next day a little bird landed on my windowsill, looked me right in the eye, and in plain English said, 'Sean, it's me, Anna. I'm back' What could I say? I guess I'd believe her. Or I'd want to. I'd be stuck with a bird. But other than that, no. I'm a man of science. I just don't believe that mumbo-jumbo. Now, that's gonna have to be the last question. I need to go running before I head home.
Eleanor: You know? I never really liked Sean.
Anna: You're hurting me.
Anna: You certainly had me fooled. I thought you were my dead husband... but you're just a little boy in my bathtub.
Clara: You're not Sean. If you had been Sean, like I'd hoped you had, you would have come to me first.
Anna: What are you doing?
Young Sean: I'm looking at my wife.
Eleanor: How do you know what you know?
Young Sean: I'm Sean!
Anna: You know I loved Sean so much, and its been so long that I still can't get him out of my system. This is going to sound a little strange but I've met someone, who seems to be Sean.
Young Sean: [to Clara] Don't tell Anna.
Anna: I've met somebody who seems to be Sean... I really hoped that he was Sean. I *wanted* him to *be* Sean. But I knew he wasn't... The thing is, I'm falling in love with Sean again. That's what's happening. I need you to tell him to go away. Because I can't do it.
Clara: See how dirty my hands are?
Joseph: He has no clue how to make something happen. He's living in a land where he's pretending to be something instead of doing the job. And that's the real problem. I'm the one who should be respected, but obviously not.
Anna: What happened to me was not my fault. There's no way I could have behaved any differently, you now... What I did wasn't my fault. What happended to me wasn't my fault, and I can't be held accountable for it. There is no way I could ever have said to him 'Go away'.I couldn't do it... It was a mistake. And... I'm sorry. But I want to be with you. I want to be with you. Yes, I do. And I want to get married, and... I wanna have a good life, and I wanna be happy. That's all I want - peace.
Clara: These are her letters to him. Love letters. He gave them to me unopened, to prove that he loved me more.
