Dalton McGuinty — Canadian Politician born on July 19, 1955,

Dalton James Patrick McGuinty, Jr., is a former Canadian politician who served as the 24th Premier of Ontario from 2003 to 2013. In 2011, he became the first Liberal premier to secure a third consecutive term since Oliver Mowat, after his party was re-elected in that year's provincial election... (wikipedia)

There's no wrong time to make the right decision.
I made a commitment... both to myself and to some supporters to carefully consider a run for the Liberal leadership for the Liberal Party of Canada.
It has been an incredible honour and privilege to serve Ontarians as their premier.
I would also argue... that we are, by inclination and in terms of our history, we are small 'l' liberals, we Canadians.
My challenge is to convince Ontarians that the old world is not coming back.
