Justin Scott Hartley is an American actor, known for his roles as Fox Crane in the NBC daytime soap opera Passions and Oliver Queen in The CW's superhero series Smallville. Hartley also starred in the short-lived CW comedy-drama Emily Owens, M.D. in 2012, before landing recurring roles in the ABC primetime dramas Revenge and Mistresses.
