Timothy Simon "Tim" Roth is an English actor and director. He made his début in the 1982 television film Made in Britain and the 1984 film The Hit, for which he was nominated for a BAFTA Award. He gained more attention for his performances in The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover, Vincent & Theo, and Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead. He later earned international recognition for appearing in Quentin Tarantino films such as Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, and Four Rooms. I can't do anything else. So if this falls through, I'm screwed.
I have come close to producing films. But generally by the time they hit the screen, there's about 50 people with producer credits, so what's the point. I usually find scripts I like with no money attached and take them to producers that I know and try to raise finance.
Everyone is an abused child, if you think about what governments do.
